Matt's got great slider sets (which include the quarter length & play clock runoff) and his reasoning and explanations for the sets basically align with how I like to simulate my franchises. From my experience this year though, there's 2 that give "realistic" stats that I like: 12 minute quarters / Acc. Clock On / 20 second Minimum.
