The main thing is forcing yourself to wait it out and allow Kratom to become your go-to. As for Kraken, they have some great strains. OG bali and white sumatra are my favorite. Bali is the choice for curbing WD symptoms. Leave the whites alone for now, or mix with red/green until you're out of the woods.
