We had exactly the same experience with EasyJet as one of the above reviewers (Olive). We were booked and had paid to stay at the Plaka Hotel from 18-25 November. We had especially chosen the Plaka as we had stayed there twice before and enjoyed it enormously. It is an excellent hotel with one of the best locations in Athens.
