We cancelled our HelloFresh because of Axle Hire. Once they switched from FedEx our Hello Fresh box made it to our house once out of four weeks. One driver we watched pull up across the street, ask our neighbor if the address was ours, when our neighbor said no, the drive marked the box down as “unable to be delivered” and drive off.

I know it might be Customer Service policy (albeit a terrible one) but the only fault of the company I ordered from is partnering with AxleHire for deliveries. I'd run far away from any business that uses AxleHire which is sad because it's AxleHire's actual responsibility to deliver packages. If you can't do a job correctly, just don't.The tracking is super detailed.
